End-to-end Python project: ETL → FastAPI → Analytics → Streamlit Dashboard.

Overview

This project ingests public clinical trials data, validates and stores it in SQLite, exposes a FastAPI API with filtering and analytics, and provides a Streamlit dashboard that consumes the API.
